MOQs depend entirely on the product category and factory. Typically, Chinese manufacturers set MOQs between 100–5,000 units depending on complexity. We negotiate MOQs on your behalf and can often secure lower minimums for first orders through our established relationships.
A typical sourcing project takes 4–8 weeks from briefing to factory confirmation. This includes: 1–2 weeks for factory identification and shortlisting, 1–2 weeks for sample production, and 1–2 weeks for sample review and revisions. Production timelines are additional and depend on order volume and complexity.
Absolutely. We encourage factory visits and can coordinate logistics, translation, and scheduling for your trip. We can also conduct virtual factory tours via video call as an initial step. Many of our clients visit after we've completed the initial vetting to verify our findings firsthand.
