During this session, we cover your product concept, target landed cost, compliance requirements, volume expectations, and delivery timeline. If we believe the project is a strong fit, we provide a written scope of work and transparent fee quote within 48 hours.
Using our verified factory network, we identify and shortlist manufacturers that match your product specification, quality standards, and volume requirements. We conduct due diligence on every shortlisted factory — verifying business licenses, production capacity, certifications, and export history.
We then negotiate pricing and terms in Mandarin, coordinate sample production, and ship physical samples to you for hands-on review. You make the final factory decision — we provide the intelligence to make it an informed one.
Once production begins, we act as your eyes and ears on the factory floor. Our Quality Gate includes in-line production checks, material verification, and a comprehensive pre-shipment inspection — all documented with photographic evidence and written reports.
